I've tried, I really have, to embrace healthier eating habits. This includes making the switch to whole wheat pizza crusts. Pies with such crusts just don't compare to the classic white crust. Whether you like it thin and crispy or thick and chewy, the taste is different, and in this instance, not better - or even equal.
So, with a new found allegiance to the traditional crust, I share with you the latest successful topping combos from my home pizzeria.
